OBS 1st-Time Setup
OBS Studio works in layers called Sources, and those sources are in folders called Scenes.
You may have to adjust the Scenes and Sources, depending on which inputs you used on the capture card. See the video for an explanation.
NOTE: You may have to adjust the Scenes and Sources, depending on which inputs you used on the capture card. See the video for an explanation.
When you add your camera video source to the scene, you can resize it to get the framing you want of your camera images. You can drag, and resize the frame to fit your needs. If you want to crop the image, hold down the “ALT” key while you drag the container box. (See Video)
Note: If you want to get multiple camera “angles” from a single camera, you will want to set up the wide-angle first. Then, for the “zoomed-in” scenes you create, rather than adding a new video source, you will add a “scene” as a source instead. The “scene” should be the first one you set up with the wide-angle view.
You can do anything you want with your stream. You can add countdowns, etc. See the video for instructions on how to do that.
